Student Drop Off and Pick Up Times
Please be aware that the appropriate time to drop off students in the morning is 8:20, unless they have a previously arranged meeting or activity such as a study session with a teacher or athletic practice.  The school does not provide any supervision for students who arrive earlier.  Dismissal is at 3:30 and students are expected to be picked up no later than 4:00, unless they are staying for a prearranged activity.  This is a matter of safety for all students and parent cooperation with this policy is greatly appreciated.

Tax Credit Donation Now Online
Did you know state law (A.R.S 43-1089.01) allows you to a tax credit when you pay up to $200.00 for single filers/$400.00 married filers to a public school for extracurricular activities that require an enrolled student to pay a fee?  This means taxpayers may help COCOPAH-not the state treasury-and reduce their state tax bill at the same time.  Dollar for dollar-this costs you nothing!

As we head into the tax credit season we want to let you know there is a new on line payment program this year.  Payments can be made on line by going to the SUSD web site or the following URL https://touchbase.susd.org/touchbase/You can log in by entering your students’ ID number for the log in and last name for the password or you can enter as a guest.  To make a donation click on School Shop and select the program to make your donation. There are product categories for tax credits at each site so you can click on the product category to see a list of tax credit programs specific to Cocopah or you can scroll through the tax credit programs at all sites.  Once you have found the program to donate to you add that product to cart and enter in the amount you wish to donate.  We have also added comment fields so community members can specify donations to specific students if paying for a specific trip or activity
Also, please note that we DO NOT charge a fee for tax credit donations/payments made on line.
This is a great way for parents and community members to make their tax credit donations
